Container Filling Issues


Variation in given carton’s dimension size to the actual size can result in CBM defects. It’s important to consider container sizes, as they will impact shipping efficiency and cost. Inconsistency in sizes can be a result of wrong calculation due human error while calculating.


It included defect like moldiness, holes inside, stains or damaged/effected container. Dampness and humidity encourage mold to grow, particularly on the floors, which can contaminate the product and create a horrible smell, also if holes are present water and dust can go inside the container through the holes in the container’s ceilings, floors, and walls. Holes might occur as a result of dents and surface damage caused by the shipment and handling of the container. Regular inspection and collaboration with experienced logistic partners can help mitigate these risk.
